Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable). Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
